Every Tuesday and Friday, we cook a healthy selection for a friend that follow is trainer’s recommendations regarding his nutrition. He asked us to cook for his family. After one month eating our food, he told me that he lost 10 lbs. We try to make people understand that classic train restaurant/hotel chefs can cook healthy food. Here was his menu from this past Tuesday:
Tilapia, Quinoa, Orange and Grape Fruit Segments, Green Beans, Dried Fig And Anise Seeds.
King Fish, Wild Rice, Sauteed Leeks, Fresh Lime.
Catfish, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Brussels Sprouts, Beef Red Wine Sauce.
Shrimp, Stir Fried Barley, Bok Choy. Coconut Shrimp Sauce.
